donor privacy policy

As a policy, Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting maintains control of our donor lists and acts to ensure against unauthorized use of those lists by any third party.

Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting does not sell, share or trade our donors’ names or personal information with any entity not conducting business on our behalf. We will not exchange donor information with any political candidate, party, or committee, or with a Section 501(c)(4) advocacy group.  We do not solicit our donors on behalf of other organizations.

As a routine part of our business, Pittsburgh Community Broadcasting contracts with third parties to provide fundraising, member services, and audience surveys. Those vendors are required to maintain the confidentiality of our files and to use them for no other purpose.

Donors may, at any time, have their name excluded from any donor list exchange activity. To update your information or to ask that your name be excluded from list exchange activity, please contact us at members@wesa.fm Once your preferences are set they will remain in effect until changed by you.
